Primary responsibilities are lead generation, following up with sales opportunities, and coordinating appointments. This requires a friendly, out-going personality that thrives in an independent environment. Must be an excellent conversationalist that connects with people, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to contribute the success of your team. A passion for helping people understand the benefits of technology is a plus. Sales experience preferred, but not required.
Objectives:
· Identify, qualify/profile and set appointments for field sales
· Build the initial sales ecosystem, nurture and ready leads (meets Lead criteria) to handover to sales for conference calls, face-to face appointments and move prospects through the sales process efficiently
· Confirm all information and ensure the highest level of data integrity
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Outreach to people via phone and e-mail
· Effectively introduce and represent the product
· Accurately process leads, profiles and appointments
· Provide support to the sales team
· Schedule and make follow up calls
· Report issues or concerns to the team leader
· Perform research
· Ability to multi-task
· Accurately update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with customer data
Hours:
· The hours will be primarily during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Consideration can be made for those wishing to extend their part-time hours into the business day to obtain a 40 hrs workweek by assisting in other projects.
Term:
· This is a 90 day pilot project with the goal of becoming a full time account
